Flexible in-plane Micro-Supercapacitor Prepared by Laser Annealing and Ablation of a Graphene/Polyamide Acid Composite

چکیده

An in-plane micro-supercapacitor (MSC) which has a unique interdigitated electrode structure with through-holes was developed by laser annealing and ablation of carbon/polyamide acid composite coating on polyimide film. The film consisting multi-layer graphene or activated carbon remarkably lowered the resistivity carbonization polyamide acid. conducted to make an through-hole structure. were effective improve capacitance MSC enhancing ion diffusion in layer because surface area can be increased using front back sides asymmetric had side showed improvement capacitance.
